Verification Process
We take authenticity seriously. Before any celebrity profile is published on Starluxemeet, our team works directly with their official management agency (CAA, WME, Roc Nation, etc.) to sign a binding representation agreement. This guarantees that every talent on the platform is 100% verified and that all scheduled experiences will be honored by the artist.
Fan Conduct Rules
Starluxemeet is a safe space for both fans and celebrities. During any virtual or in-person experience, fans are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or violation of personal boundaries will result in immediate termination of the experience without a refund, and a permanent ban from the platform.
Refund Policy
Your payment is held in a secure escrow account from the moment you book. Funds are only released to the celebrity's management after the experience has been successfully completed. If a celebrity has to cancel or fails to show up, you will automatically receive a 100% full refund back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. No questions asked.
